Prices:
Enrolment fee DKK 1.985,-/EUR 266,- per company/agent represented at the exhibition/stand (non-refundable on cancellation)
Stand price per sq. DKK 1.485,-/EUR 200,- including white-painted partition wall with neighbouring stands, white sign panel (without text), one spotlight per 3 sq.; one 230 volt electrical wall socket, wireless Internet and grey felt carpeting.
All prices are excl. 25 % Danish VAT which all exhibitors have to pay according to Danish law. A possible refund of the 25 % VAT for foreign companies and according to company status in homeland.

Discount:
Sign up for more exhibitions and get a discount on the stand rental.
2 exhibitions in 2008= 4 % - the discount will be given on the last exhibition you participate on.

Payment:
We will charge the enrolment fee for all exhibition when we have your booking.
Stand rental wiil be charged 12 weeks before each exhibition takes place.

Cancellation:
The booking is binding and exhibitors who withdraw from the exhibition will be liable for the following charges:
Cancellation in writing less than 10 weeks before the exhibition will be charged 50 % of the stand rental plus enrolment fee.
Cancellation in writing less than 8 weeks before the exhibition will be charged 100 % of the stand rental plus enrolment fee.
