The exhibition is a continuation of our successful exhibitions – now focusing on new countries. More than 40-50.000 Danes possess a home abroad - and the number of Danish property owners is still increasing. They are mainly attracted to the warm climates, but not only to the parts of the world that are close to Denmark. Popular are also the overseas destinations and as the Danes do travel further out into the world, their dreams of purchasing a home far away from their native country goes very well along. 46% of the visitors to our latest exhibition in Bella Center March 2008 are planning to buy a property within one year. Visitors had an aver age budget of € 295,000 to spend on a property abroad. The exhibition at Fredericia Messecenter will be divided up into separate zones. zone for France zone for Spain zone for agents representing other than the above mentioned countries and agents representing multiple countries Banking, law firms and other counselling companies are free to choose placement in any zone they prefer. The exhibition will be marketed strongly through TV, national, regional and local newspapers, La France Magazine, La Danesa Magazine, in newspapers in the Northern part of Germany and on the Internet. We will also send PR material on the exhibition to all the relevant media. Thereby we will get enough advance publicity to make the arrangement a success for both exhibitors and visitors. With its geographic position and its flexible system of fair halls, modern conference centre, restaurants, cafeterias and other facilities, FREDERICIA MESSECENTER is the ideal location for our exhibition. Centrally located in a triangular catchment zone in western Denmark, with good approach roads and bus service from the local rail station right to the door, the fair centre is the perfect venue for our show.
