Enrolment fee of DKK 2.985,-/EUR 403 per company represented on the stand.
Price per m2 DKK 1.936,-/EUR 260*.

Fredericia Messecenter 25-26 September
Enrolment fee of DKK 2.985,-/EUR 403 per company represented on the stand.

*Book before June 15 2010 and get a 20 % discount (no discount on enrolment fee)

The price includes white stand walls between neighbouring stands, white fascia boards (without text), 1 spotlight per 3 m2, 1 x 230 v socket, wireless Internet and grey tufted felt floor covering. An additional 25 % Danish VAT will be added to all prices (applies to all exhibitors). A fee of DKK 150 will be charged when paying with foreign cheques.

Sharing stands:
If two or more companies wish to share a stand, each company must pay an enrolment fee. One of the companies will be regarded by the arranger as the main customer. The main customer is the arranger’s primary contact and will be invoiced in connection with the exhibition. The main customer will be responsible for invoicing its co-exhibitors.

Conditions of payment:
The enrolment fee for all exhibitions will be payable upon ordering.
Full stand rental will be payable 12 weeks before each exhibition.

Cancellations
The application is binding and exhibitors who wish to withdraw from the exhibition will be charged for cancellation in accordance with the following terms:
  • For written cancellation less than 12 weeks before the exhibition is held, the exhibitor will be charged 50% of the stand rental plus enrolment fee.
  • For written cancellation less than 10 weeks before the exhibition is held, the exhibitor will be charged 100% of the stand rental plus enrolment fee.
Enrolment fees will not be refunded, irrespective of the time of cancellation.

Insurance:
All exhibitors are reminded that they should consult their insurance companies and make sure that they are fully insured. It should be specially noted that the insurance of 2 particular conditions is incumbent upon the exhibitor and must be covered by the exhibitor’s insurance policy:
  • Loss of and damage/injury to the exhibitor’s property and personnel etc. at the exhibition and during transport to and from the exhibition.
  • Public liability insurance for injury to visitors occurring as a result of the exhibitor’s activities.
Force Majeure:
Insofar as war, mobilisation, strike, lock-out, fire, rules by authorities, lack of applications or other circumstances over which BOLIG I UDLANDET ApS (hereinafter called BIU) has no control should prevent BIU’s fulfilment of this contract, BIU will be entitled to terminate the rental contract without thereby incurring any compensation liability to those renting stands etc.
